Commonly asked questions about The Holland Barn

Alcohol

Our property allows alcohol to patrons 21 years of age or older. No self-pours are allowed. Bartenders pour at their discretion. 

Insurance

Day of insurance or proof of insurance is required for your event at our property. If serving alcohol, alcohol liability is to be listed on the policy. We are happy to provide insurance agent recommendations. Please contact, hollandbarnvenue@yahoo.com 

Payment

A $500 deposit is required to lock in your date. You will then receive a contract from the property. The final payment is due 30 days after the property receives a signed contract. Contracts are good for 60 days.

Parking

Parking on-site is available. 

Vendors

All vendors must be licensed and insured. Vendors must also be provided a Vendor Partnership agreement from renting party at least 30 days prior to the event. This agreement will be supplied to the renter by the property upon contract and payment. This property allows out-of-the-box vendors such as professional fireworks, laser shows, helicopters, live animals and others due to being outside of city limits. Please reach out to hollandbarnvenue@yahoo.com for more information.

We are located three miles outside of Bentonville city limits and two miles from XNA Airport (Northwest Arkansas National Airport.)

Cleaning Services

We do provide cleaning services on the property for after-events, this is included in your rental fee. Renters are responsible for ALL trash to be placed in trash cans and to be taken to our on-property dumpster concluding their event (including bathrooms, kitchenette, bridal suite, and loft trash.) Other items will be maintained by the property.

If you have left over untouched food or flowers, we are happy to arrange to take these to a local donation spot including NWA first responders, shelters, and senior care facilities. Please coordinate these details with our team.

Decorations  

We do not allow loose glitter or confetti on the property. 

Only flameless candles or candles with hurricane coverings are allowed.

All items are to be hung up by Scotch or Command branded items only. If nails must be used do to weight, they must be secure on the top side of our wood beams to maintain the beams clean look for other events. 

Music

Live music is welcome inside of the venue. Outdoor music arrangements and wishes are to be discussed with owner/operator.

All music must conclude at 10:00pm per Highfill noise ordinance. Please contact us if you have an event with music that would go outside of these guidelines, a permit extension could be requested. Permit fees are applicable.
